TECHNICAL MANAGER
Salary dependent on experience
We require a Technical Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities include –
Full compliance to all food safety and legal requirements.
Promoting and developing best practice/improvement strategy.
All aspects of HACCP,QMS and retaining the highest level of accreditation to BRC.
Trend & analyse data to continue to drive the business forward.
Develop and deliver production strategy with site operations team to meet customer needs.
Active involvement in NPD and customer relationships.
Conduct supplier audits.
The successful applicant must have a food technology background, demonstrate excellent communication, administration ,computer and team management skills, but above all share our passion for great food.
Normal hours of work: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
