
Cancellations can be made by calling us on 0117 9773474 within 48 hours of placing your initial order, the order can be cancelled with all money being returned minus the credit card charge within 30 days. Unfortunately our banking service provider makes a charge for all card transactions which we bear. In the event that you cancel the order we will refund you your money less that charge.
Payment by credit card, cheque, postal order or money order in advance of dispatch.
Goods supplied by Bart Spices to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. Bart Spices reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value to compensate for out of stock items.
Orders placed will be delivered within 28 days maximum, unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. (Usually orders are dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of order as long as all goods are in stock, if something is out of stock we will notify you before the goods are dispatched). Alternatively you may wish to collect your order from our offices by prior arrangement.
Delivery is via standard first class Royal Mail letter post or Parcel Post and delivery time is in accordance with this. Where parcels can not be delivered a calling card is left and it is your responsibility to collect your items.
Someone needs to be available at the customer’s elected delivery address.
For orders over £10 the posting and packaging is FREE (UK mainland only).
For orders under £10 the posting and packaging is £4.50 (UK mainland only).

We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 7 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in it’s original box, in ‘as new’ and unmarked condition complete with all packaging and accessories.
No returns will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
No credit or refund will be give for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer, of any goods supplied by Bart Spices Direct.

Any mistakes in payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.
All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to meet statutory requirements. However, the company cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.

All of our food products are zero rated for VAT purposes with exception to all Mill based products which are rated at 10% VAT.
