ROAST JERSEY ROYALS WITH LEMON & ROSEMARY
Serves 4
Recipe Ingredients
450g Jersey roayal potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Bart Lemon Juice
1 tsp Bart Garlic in Sunflower Oil
2 tsp Bart Rosemary
salt & ground pepper
Preparation Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6.
2. Scrub the potatoes, halving any large ones and place in a roasting tin.
3. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and salt & pepper. Pour over the potatoes and stir to coat thoroughly.
4. Roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes, until tender, turning once. Serve immediately.
