Guacamole

Method

  1. Halve the avocados and remove the stones. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash roughly.
  2. Add the onion, coriander, garlic, chilli powder, lime juice, tomatoes and salt, to taste.
  3. Cover and chill for up to 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
