Bart Chinese Five Spice Paste is a convenient way to add flavour to dishes. This blend contains Cinnamon, Fennel, Star Anise, Ginger and Cloves. It gives off a strong lemony/ginger aroma and a strong aniseed flavour. This paste can be brased over meat or chicken before grilling.
